How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

 

What brands do you print on?
All Q Apparel are printed on pre-shrunk and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA.

I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?
Some of the designs are printed on different style shirts. Check the product description for any special sizing notes.

Will the printing fade?
Because we choose to use soft water-based inks, some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.

The shirt I’m looking at is out of stock in the size I need. When is it going to be restocked?
Once our items are sold out in a specific size, unless demand is high, there is a chance that the shirt will not be re-stocked. Depending on the model and its popularity, we will re-stock all sizes. For more information on any one specific item, please contact us directly at info@Q-Apparel.com

SHIPPING

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow up to 5 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out. The average turn-around process time is between 1 to 2 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?
Depending on the shipping method used (usually USPS), you will receive a tracking confirmation number via the email.

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you accept?
We process all payments through PayPal. No worries, even without a PayPal account you can use any credit card you'd like! Note that PayPal accepts most major credit cards as well as e-checks.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No you don't. However it is preferable, but you do not need an account with them in order to place an order and process payment. When you are directed to their payment page, just select the bottom tab where it allows you to enter a credit card number directly instead of logging in.

How secure is this store?
This website is very secure. Since we do not process payments though our own platform, there is no worry about private information being stored in the sites' cookies or database. PayPal is one of the most secure payment gateways in the world…which should make you feel very secure.

What is your return policy? 
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
